Descripción
Sumario:Psychological Resilience Treatment Manual (PRTM) provides mental health professionals access to evidence-based psychological resilience treatment. This treatment approach is designed to produce effective treatment outcomes, such as increased adaptive coping, general well-being, and reduction in clients' stress levels. This treatment manual is evidence-based and consists of carefully chosen psychological constructs such as Active Coping, Passive Coping, Self-care, and Social Support. The manual incorporates guided intervention modules based on these constructs and corresponding client worksheets. These constructs are designed to help individuals to cope with daily challenges, reduce stress and increase general well-being. This treatment manual also offers mental health professionals a practical guide and a checklist in their treatment approach to client's difficulties. This manual also provides opportunities to build their personal "tool-box" of adaptive coping strategies. Finally, this manual allows health care professionals to utilise appropriate modules to address specific areas for intervention or use the manual in its entirety -- Editor
