Descripción
Sumario:One of the objectives of this book is to detect and analyse, based on the experience and professional background of the research team, best legal and procedural practices in due process of law allowing for a reduction of labour litigation costs without detriment, inasmuch as possible, to the rights of nationals and EU citizens and of foreigners with legal residence in the European Union. In order to achieve such goal the first step will be to identify those cases in which either the Central Government or the Regions do not strictly apply the legal regulations or the administrative process is clearly subject to improvement, being the main impact of all of it unnecessary economic costs.
