Sumario: | This thesis, authored by Eglis Labadi Decolin, presents a pedagogical strategy aimed at enhancing group student leadership in the field of agricultural mechanization. The research is conducted within the context of Technical and Professional Education in Cuba, with the goal of developing competent workers who can meet contemporary societal demands. By employing a dialectical materialist methodology, the study constructs a strategy grounded in philosophical, sociological, psychological, and pedagogical principles. It highlights the importance of student involvement, educator influence, and the support of family and specialists in fostering group leadership. The strategy undergoes validation through expert feedback and educational activities, ultimately revealing significant changes in the educational reality within the Technical and Professional Education sector in Cuba.
