Sumario:The Evidence Synthesis Program (ESP) Coordinating Center is responding to a request from the VHA Office of Dentistry, Oral Health Quality Group, for an Evidence Brief on the impact of mental health conditions on development of peri-implantitis and dental implant failure. Findings from this Evidence Brief will be used to inform development and use of an assessment tool to assess the aggregate risk of complications in VA patients requiring dental implants.
