Sumario:Lizette tells the provider that she declined a promotion because she does not want to be working around more people. When asked why, she explains that people do not like her and that they are always negatively judging her. The provider continues to query Lizette, wherein she specifies that her biggest concerns about being around other people are safety-related (e.g., people are dangerous and unpredictable), as opposed to concerns about how others view her. Lizette also endorses symptoms of trauma-related hypervigilance, and believes these behaviors are something “everyone” does.
