Sumario:Autobiographical graphic novel by Javier Rodríguez (Santiago, 1981). The artist himself is introduced as a character in some of the stories he elaborates. In his previous works, he appears fleetingly or in the background, in "Ruinas", he is one of the starting points of the story, as an author and character who at the same time makes a denunciation against the violence - of the State and economic - that has shaken Chile since the coup d'état of Pinochet in 1973, in what he defines as "an important symbolism as an expression of discontent in the face of the injustices of the neoliberal economic model, that "keep alive" the memory of popular disobedience in Chile in the face of the same conditions of exploitation, plundering and repression of which they have been historically affected".
