Sumario:Annually over the past 57 years and without fail, the ACM SIGMIS CPR has brought together the academic and practitioner communities to discuss issues at the intersection of society, organizations, individuals and information technology (IT). However, as a community, we are also committed to the health and safety of its members. We monitored the local conditions and global responses to the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on information and advice from the World Health Organisation (WHO), Center for Disease Control (CDC), the German government, and the Robert-Koch-Institute, we have decided not to proceed with the meeting in Nuremberg this year. However, we have published the proceedings for CPR 2020 in the ACM Digital Library. In this edition, we curate high quality papers and abstracts that discuss the role of digital innovations in shaping our future. The conference theme encouraged the development of new theories and insights about digital innovation's impact on society, work, and life. In addition to curating studies on digital innovations, this edition of the proceedings also includes studies examining traditional themes such as turnover, person-organizational fit, and careers. We received 45 submissions and accepted 31 papers (acceptance rate of 68.9%) for this edition of the conference. This edition would serve as a valuable reference for researchers and practitioners in the coming years.
