| Sumario: | SoICT 2018 has received papers from 18 countries in four major areas of research including AI & Big Data Analytics, Network Communication and Security, Perception and Machine Interaction, Software Engineering and New Computing Trends, Special session on ICT Solution for E-Govermance and Special session on Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. The Program Committee has followed a formal standard reviewing process: bidding, reviewing, and deliberating for selecting 65 papers for publication in the proceedings. It was our great honour to receive world-class invited speakers Marimuthu Palaniswami (The University of Melbourne, Australia), Xin Yao (Southern University of Science and Technology, China), Shui Yu (University of Technology Sydney, Australia), Kurt Geihs (University of Kassel, Germany) and Vu Thuy Duong (Westerdijk Fungal Biodiversity Institute, Netherlands). Two Keynote Speakers from Industry shared academia industrial collaboration and their activities: Mai Van Tuan (VTCC), Hoang Anh Tuan (VCCorp).
