| Sumario: | Over the past years, interests on relevant topics has remarkably increased. Novel ideas and impressive effort on digital business, data analysis, intelligent business and enterprise management, product design and management, quantum information, big data and modern information & communication technology and applications are the evidence of good attempts and significant progress in the fields. The main aim of IMMS 2020 has always been to bring together researchers, scientists, academics, and engineers in the area of Information Management and Management Science from all over the world, to share research findings, among other things, such as culture and history. It provides a high-standard international forum for exchanging brilliant ideas and experience. The distinguished speakers have provided different perspectives of research and results in different countries. All the accepted papers have gone through a rigorous blind peer-reviewing process and have been published by ACM. The participants have found the discussions fruitful and useful, and also enjoyed the opportunity for setting up future collaboration.
