Sumario:This series of publications presents the results of in-depth reviews of individual countries' national competition laws and policies.  Previously published in the now-discontinued Journal of Competition Law and Policy, these reviews assess how each country deals with competition and regulatory issues, from the soundness of its competition law to the structure and effectiveness of its competition institutions. Detailed background reports are peer reviewed before publication by the OECD Competition Committee, the OECD’s Global Forum on Competition, or the OECD/IDB Latin American Competition Forum. The reports, which typically incorporate recommendations for changes in government policy, quickly become part of national public debate, as they are closely analysed by government, the media and other influential commentators.
