Includes at the end of vol.2: 'A few thoughts upon pointing and some other helps towards perspicuity of expression. By J. B. .. ', with separate titlepage, but continuous pagination and register; these leaves were also issued separately.
Vol.1 has an additional titlepage bearing the volume number.
