Sumario: | At the beginning of the assessment, Mrs. Collins informs the clinician that she is running out of her prescription for Xanax, which she takes for anxiety, and needs a refill. Mrs. Collins has been taking Xanax for approximately a year, two or three doses per day. Mrs. Collins recently began using medical marijuana at night to treat her anxiety and help her to sleep. Mrs. Collins says she doesn’t drink alcohol nor had any issues related to alcohol or drugs in the past. Mrs. Collins’ anxiety began after moving closer to daughters to help them plan their weddings and their subsequent pregnancies. |
