Notas:Segons el COPAC, de la informació extreta del prefaci, aquest treball es va publicar tres anys després de la mort del Comte d'Elci, el que donaria com a data aproximada de publicació el 1706. Tan mateix podria existir una reimpressió posterior a la edició del 1706 (Strahan va editar una nova reimpressió amb la mateixa paginació al 1721). Donat que Strahan va publicar entre 1699 i 1740, es pot afirmar que aquest llibre va ser publicat entre 1706 i 1740
