Tabla de Contenidos: “…Segona diligència notarial : Sepase por esta publica Escritura: como los Doctores Don Felix Amat Presbítero y don Joaquin Nicolas Rincon Diacono, hallandose los dos en la Biblioteca publica Episcopal de esta Ciudad de Barcelona, por ante mí el infrascrito Notario Ordinario, y propietario de la Curia del Oficialato Eclesiastico de la misma Ciudad y los testigos que abajo se expresaran, dixeron: Que por quanto el expresado don Felix, se halla provisto de la Canongía Magistral de la Cathedral de Tarragona, y con este motivo debe cesar en el empleo de Bibliotecario que ha obtenido en virtud de la Real Cedula de Su Magestad que Dios guarde. Dara en Aranjuez á veinte y cinco de mil settecientos setenta y cinco; acudio a Su Señoria Illustrisima el Señor Obispo de esta Ciudad, con memorial del seis del corriente suplicandole destinase persona qua se encargase de los Libros, y efectos pertenecientes á esta Biblioteca, y en su consequencia haviendo nombrado para dicho efecto, y con decreto de ocho del mismo, al referido doctor Joaquin Nicolas Rincon, han procedido de conformidad á revisar los Libros, y papeles que se hallan en dicha Biblioteca, de los quales han formado un exacto Inventario, del que es copia el que sigue á esta Escritura; y haviendo manifestado el expresado don Felix que se hallan comprendidos en él todos los que se le encargaron con arreglo al otro Inventario, de que se hizo mención en la Escritura de obligación que otorgó ante Josef Serch y de Boquet, notario publico del Real Colegio de no de Barcelona, en veinte y quatro Julio de mil setencientos setenta y cinco; á excepción de aquellos libros que se han vendido por duplicados, y que en su lugar se han subrogado otros, conforme resulta de la nota y cuenta que también entrega, de la que resulta deudor en ciento quarenta y ocho libros diez sueldos con ocho dineros, y que estaba pronto á hacer formal entre de todos ellos, igualmente que de los demás efectos pertenecientes a dicha Biblioteca, que van mencionados en dicho Inventario subsecuente: Por tanto haciendola con efecto, al mencionado don Joaquin, y acceptandola este, en la forma que conviene, se dio por entregado de todo lo sobredicho, com igualmente de la expresada Cantidad de ciento quarenta y ocho libras diez sueldo con ocho dineros que recivio realmente y de hecho en presencial del notario y testigos abajo escritos; En cuyo testimonio no solo les firma la correspondiente Carta de pago, sino también dixo el expresado don Joaquin que se constituya responsable de todos y cada uno de los efectos notados en dicho Inventario, con obligación formal de dar razón de ellos, á la persona y quando se le mande por Su Señori Illustrisima, y en consequencia de su Comisión dizo tambien que cancelaba en quanto puede, y bajo la buena fee en la Declaración hecho por dicho don Felix, la obligacion hecha por este en la Escritura que arriba se refiere; Y los dos me requirieron llevase el presente publico Instrumento autorizando igualmente dicho Inventario, y que junto uno y otro lo incerte en el Manual de Contratos de la expresada Curia del Oficialato para los efectos que convEn enga, segun lo mandado por Su Illustrisima. …”
