| Summary: | ANSS, being the oldest continuously operating symposium within SCS, reflects the breadth and depth of Modeling and Simulation research, applications, and technologies. This year, we have contributions ranging from emerging topics in data-driven simulation, cybersecurity, and social modeling to cutting-edge M&S technologies in advancing domains such as next generation transportation and healthcare. Papers highlighting agent-based models, system dynamics models and discrete-event simulations provide solutions for the defense, healthcare and education among many. The highlight of this year's symposium is the cementing of Modeling and Simulation as a profession and its tremendous capability in providing applicable solutions to broad spectrum across all domains.
