| Sumario: | We are very pleased to introduce the Proceedings of 2019 2nd International Conference on Information Management & Management Science (IMMS 2019). The event was held at Mirror Lake Hotel, Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China, from 23rd to 25th August, 2019. One of the meaningful and valuable dimensions of this conference is the way it brings together researchers, scientists, academics, and engineers in the fields from different countries, and enables discussions and debate of relevant issues, challenges, opportunities, and research findings.
