Sumario:The objective of the conference is to bring together interested academics and industry experts in the field of Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence. We are very grateful to the following four distinguished scholars who delivered keynote speeches. Prof. Bing Liu from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), USA, presented a keynote speech "Lifelong and Continual Learning in the Era of Big and Evolving Data". Prof. Dr. Hai Jin, from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China gave the keynote speech "Evening Out the Bottlenecks for Today's Blockchain Systems". Prof. Rajkumar Buyya from the University of Melbourne, Australia gave the third keynote speech "New Frontiers in Cloud and Edge/Fog Computing for Big Data & Internet-of-Things Applications". Assoc. Prof. Qing Tan from Athabasca University, Canada gave the fourth speech: "Toward a Telepresent Robot Empowered Smart Lab (TRESL)".
