One of them is the proceedings of the HELINA conference in that year, comprising of the peer reviewed full papers accepted to the conference. The other one is an open-call issue, comprising of papers that have been submitted directly to the journal, peer reviewed (possibly modified and re-reviewed) and accepted for publication before the due date of the issue in question. |
