Economic shocks without vision neoliberalism in the transition of socio-economic systems : lessons from the Argentine case

In the 1990s Argentina underwent an institutional shock that neither ushered in a new development process nor encouraged an increase in systemic competition. This study points out the lessons that can be learned from the argentine case.
