Description
Summary:The volume, which collects the contributions of former Italian fellows of the last decade of the Deutsches Historisches Institut in Rome, aims to be a tribute to one of the most internationally known medievalists and to the attentive and sensitive scholar of Italian history, but above all a sign of gratitude of young scholars who with this grant were able to consolidate their research paths. The 14 contributions that make it up are therefore not united by a common "school" training orientation, but range from different research sectors and different chronological areas.
