Sumario: | Nicole prefers hard liquor and wine, which she consumes almost daily. Though she often consumes more than four or five glasses when drinking, Nicole does not believe she drinks to excess, nor has she tried to reduce the amount she drinks. In the past, her aunt referred her to an AA meeting but she did not continue with the program. Nicole continuously minimizes and excuses consequences as a result of her consumption such as blackouts, an injury, a breakup with her ex-husband, and a DUI. She feels that alcohol helps her to unwind at night and that she has a high tolerance. |
