Sumario: | Nicole frequently cut herself when in high school. This cutting once led to a hospitalization when she was thinking of killing herself. She describes waking up in the hospital as her “not being strong enough.” Since then, Nicole does not feel that things have gotten better and has a negative view of her future. Over the last several weeks, Nicole has had suicidal thoughts with a plan to leave her children with her aunt and jump off a particular rooftop she can access. She believes her children may be sad at first but her death will be for the best. When offered a contract for safety, Nicole refuses, saying it would be pointless. Nicole believes her family and children will be better off without her and refuses to be admitted to the hospital for treatment. |
